Our Salon
We are a small locally owned and operated business that strives to make your pet comfortable and happy, we strive to have a stress-free environment and do whatever we can to make your pet comfortable and relaxed with the grooming and bathing process. We take pride in being two groomer and one bather salon, which helps us to be able to focus on your pet without distraction from other pets, people, or noise. Each and every pet will be bathed in premium shampoo and conditioner, get a hydro massage with the bath, and have a nice warm towel waiting for them. After the bath, they will receive a deep tissue massage along with a hand fluff. We take pride in each and every pet grooming that comes out of our spa and strive to give owners the best haircuts and baths that their pet has ever had.

Policies
At Love & Lavish Pet Spa, your pet’s comfort and safety are our top priorities. Please review our policies before your appointment.
Health & Vaccinations
All pets must be current on required vaccinations.
Dogs: Rabies, Distemper & Bordetella
Cats: Rabies, Feline Distemper & Feline Leukemia
Pets without current vaccinations will need to reschedule and may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
Cancellations & No-Shows
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and missed appointments will be charged the full appointment price.
Repeated no-shows will require a nonrefundable deposit and a card on file for future bookings.
Late Arrivals
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a 15% late fee or rescheduling at the full appointment price.
Pickup Policy
Please pick up your pet before closing. Late pickups are subject to a $25 fee, with an additional $25 charged every 30 minutes after the first 90 minutes.
Grooming Adjustments
Not quite happy with your pet’s haircut? Contact us within 48 hours, and we’ll be happy to make adjustments. After 48 hours, a bathing fee will apply.
Matting Policy
For your pet’s comfort and safety, we do not offer extensive dematting. Severely matted coats will require a shorter haircut to safely remove the matting. Additional fees may apply.
New Cat Clients
All new cats require a $20 temperament assessment before scheduling grooming. This fee will be applied toward their first grooming appointment if we determine grooming can be safely performed.
Safety First
We reserve the right to stop or refuse any service if grooming becomes unsafe or stressful for your pet. Veterinary grooming may be recommended when necessary. Thank you for helping us keep Love & Lavish a safe, comfortable, and happy place for every pet!
